Right at the beginning of Bloodborne, we're introduced to the very primal concept of the hunt - in which we, the hunters, are tasked with cleaning the streets of all the beasts and abominations that roam in it. It's a very straightforward - and even somewhat derivative concept - but from the very beginning you feel that something's off - and experiencing the hunt slowly turning into something else is one of my favorite things ever and a masterclass on how to tell stories in video games.
